Azrael Franz is proud to announce that we have been asked by the National Crime Victim Law Institute from Portland Oregon to act as Counsel of Record on an Amicus Curiae Brief that was filed July 18th 2001 to settle a difference of opinion between the US Circuits on applying the Crime Victims’ Rights Act to appeals. Our reputation in the field played a big part in the decision of this outstanding national organization of which the firm has been a member for years to ask us to sign and file the brief on behalf of victims across the US.
